Is it necessary to treat the material in a special way?
No. It is plastic material and no special treatment is necessary like e.g. for leather. But if you handle it with care, the material will last longer. You should not drag your bag on the ground or load it with sharp or spiky objects.

What kind of material is used for the bags?
The bag-corpora, pure-flaps and flaps with silk-screen printings are made out of plastic coated polyester fiber cloth. The cloth is responsable for the stability and the coating makes it colourful and water resistant. Some flaps are made out of industrial fabrics, some out of delicate fabrics. If the material itself is too thin we sew it on to stable tarpaulin.

How solid are the bags?
The bags bear more weight than one can lift. The material for the bag corpus itself is extremely firm, the strap is the safety seat belt used in the car industry and everything is sewn with a thick tearproof polyester thread.

I don´t see a specific product on your website. Can I order it anyhow?
Our webshop is linked to a merchandise management system. Unavailable products are not shown on our website and can´t be ordered.

How long does it take until I recieve the bag I ordered?
We send our goods immediately when cashed. If you pay by credit card we send your order right away. The average transportation time via our parcel service GLS takes within Germany about one day. If you pay by credit card until 1 o´clock p.m., you will recieve your tausche articles already the following day. Shipping abroad takes a while longer.
