We ship with DHL as insured parcel. Single small flaps and accessories that fit into standard C4 envelopes, we ship by mail. After we passed the parcel to DHL you will receive a tracking link. Using advance payment, we wait for your payment on our account. Online money transfers usually take 24 hours within Germany or 48 hours within the EU. The standard delivery time of parcels and also the letters are 1-3 days within Germany. We ship worldwide to most countries, shipping costs are displayed during the process of the order. The worldwide delivery will take up to a maximum of 10 working days, often less.

Shipping within Germany is free if order value exceeds 29,99 Euro. For orders with a value below 30 Euro we charge 5,50 Euro within Germany.
